  Ordered 3 medium pizzas, was on hold for 10 mins the first time, hung up, called again, was put on hold for another 10 mins, finally placed order, paid for it by card, then when it was to picked up Noone came to service window or the door. Calls were not being answered. No pizza, money taken from account. Sorry place of business. Won't get my business anymore.

  Horrible didn't get the pizza I wanted , they gave me thin crust cold pizza , charged $26 for 12 wings and wanted more money to get a ranch to dip it in . We will never go back .

  We had an outstanding experience at Pizza Hut in Whittier! We arrived with a large group of about 28 Scouts after a day of whitewater rafting and were on our way back to Daniel Boone Scout Camp. Even though the dining room was officially closed, the staff graciously opened it for us and welcomed our group so we could sit down and enjoy our meal together. That level of hospitality was greatly appreciated. We had pre-ordered our pizzas about 30 minutes in advance, and every pizza was fresh, hot, and ready when we arrived. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to take care of our group.   On the evening of May 31st, I made an online order (via website guest) to this Pizza Hut, I paid with my credit card and proceeded to pick-up my order from the restaurant. On my arrival, there were handmade signs posted to the doors stating the restaurant was closed and that orders would be refunded. All online resources stated the restaurant was open. This is fine, sometimes emergencies happen. However, this thieving Pizza Hut has NOT refunded me. They wont answer their phone. I've reached out to Pizza Hut online at least 3 times about getting the refund that is due to me. The latest response said this Casino Trl Pizza Hut "will contact you within the next 3 business days to discuss this matter further at the phone number or email address you provided." YOU have not! It is now 7 days later. I have only been ignored. I now call this theft! I have wasted SO much of my personal time dealing with this situation (driving, calling, emailing). I demand a refund for the food I ordered and paid for that was NEVER made or served to me. This is absolutely ridiculous! Please be wary of doing business with this dishonest location.
