- CJChristy Jacobo3 days ago1.0I ordered a pizza with specialty crust online. They called and said they didn't have it available and offered me a $5 discount if I would accept a hand tossed pizza. I agreed. They stipulated that I would need to call the store and place the order to get the credit instead of ordering online. Fast forward a couple months and I go to Google get their phone number and call them. Instead of the number ringing the store I got sent to a call center. I had to have my call escalated 4 times and they still didn't give me the discount! If they offer you a store credit, you better get something in writing
- LALucretia Williams AlstonJul 24, 20261.0This was by far the worst experience that I’ve had at this location. The woman who was working the front had to also help the young lady in the back. With all of that going on front lady was back and forth dealing with money and semi fixing food. I spoke with manager regarding my concern and it was explained as long as employees are on certain side where no food has to be touched it’s okay. They typically only wash hands when they have to touch food. Then the lady in the back came and got a charger from a guest in the waiting area and then went back to making food. This was a horrible experience. I’m sure this is happening elsewhere but it’s something about when you see it. On top of that it said my order was ready at 7:08 but I didnt receive my food until 7:31. We won’t be eating here for awhile.
