- FGFrancois George2 days ago1.0Last nite around 8pm I had the rudest experience ever at a Bojangles. A young lady manager who refused to identify herself, lacked decency and lacked 0% professionalism. I waited over 25 minutes outside for a chicken meal and when I came in to complain, I didn't get a sorry for your inconvenience....I WAS TOLD BY THIS YOUNG BLACK LADY...."IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT ON CHICKEN YOU SHOULD HAVE COOKED AT HOME". Someone with this kind of attitude has no business being in management. If we all cooked at home she wouldn't have a job. I would greatly appreciate if the general manager or owner would reach out to me. I will get my breakfast there today and after that I will eat somewhere else. These young people today need more training and need to understand that customers spending money is how they get paid. She never once tried to engage in a professional conversation just attitude. I know see why reviews are so low. Prior to this encounter my visits were very decent. This morning I went back and talked to Malik, the manager and explained to him what happened. He apologized and showed the professionalism that was lacking the previous evening. We all make mistakes but rudeness is not expected or should be tolerated when I'm spending my hard earned cash. Thanks again Malik.

Whether they are super busy, or you are the only one in the drive-through, your order will be in incorrect. Once the AI was added that takes your order it just got worse… Every biscuit with bacon on it we always get burnt crumbs instead of actual strips of bacon, We pay for sauces and don't get them, drink orders always wrong and they have to take it back. Cheese added to things that you did not request for it to be added on. It's like they get it right one out of 20 times.

Restrooms were disgusting smelled like a urinal and u could smell in the lobby area. A worker came around to “adjust” a biscuit in the warmer and didn’t even say. I’ll be right with you. Another young lady was cheating in the dining area and then walked right by us to start her shift. Then I told my husband we were leaving. I bet we were through the drive through across the road before we would have had our order taken.
