  Save yourself a headache and keep driving past this bojangles. The service was as slow as the 7 years itch. Waited 25 minutes for our food. Unsanitary. No one was in a hurry to do anything.

  The staff are ALWAYS slow. I always have much longer wait times in the drive thru, And inside at the counter. And you can forget using the drive thru at least an hour or more before their advertised closing time. Because they will tell you everytime that they are out of almost everything on the menu and cannot fill your order. They might as well move their advertised closing time 2 hours earlier. Although I think it would be the same story no matter what time they close. They also apparently do not pay any attention to the order details. I consistanly have drove away only to find I am missing items I ordered and paid for. You are alnost always asked to "pull forward and park on the curb" to wait on your drive thru order. But you better check to verify your order is complete when it is finally brought out to you. I understand busy days. And occasional mistakes. But this location has the same issues constanly. No matter the time of day or day of the week.

  Waited for 15 minutes for dirty rice around 6pm, supper time… who does that? I did and was given an extra side which was great. Downfall… the chicken was very lightly fried and chewy. Shiii went to the trashcan.

  After traveling since 4am , we stopped (me and my children) to get bojangles. Figured it would be quick since it is fast food however there was no one at the register to help at 11am and my daughter and I patiently waited for 10 minutes while listening to someone in the kitchen repeatedly scream “Ashely , you got people up front” no person showed up . There was an employee on break and once she realized we had been waiting for a non fast food time she ended her break earlier. At this point I was absolutely disgusted with my experience . The good thing is it’s a bojangles at every exit so my family will still be able to eat. I see why the McDonald’s next door was super crowded and the chic fil a across the street. Do better , especially when you have competitors in spitting distance. My advice with this situation as a leader would’ve been to grab our orders , tell us it would be a wait and then head back to main role of drive thru or food prep. We would’ve waited but being ignored is super disrespectful. - Jasmine -person that was there between 11am-1125am wearing shades and a bun . Happy to speak with a manager or owner about this experience . Again this was disgusting and do better or get a different job :)
