Went in today during my lunch break and literally had the worst experience the nasty rude lady kept arguing with me because i asked her to remake my sub that she kept allowing flies to land on. When i asked her to remake it she said she dont feel like it. So if u dont feel like doing your job why are u employed ??? Make it make sense!

My mom went into this establishment tonight to order her some dinner before coming over to see me & the kids. As she was placing her order, she asked if she could have black olives on her sub. The owner and a lady was behind the counter. He goes and corrects my mom and says " you mean olives ? " then looks at the lady next to him. Now. My mom is the sweetest most kindest person you'll ever meet. She didnt once say it in no racist way, nor meant anything by saying " can I have some black olives" i mean the freaking olives were BLACK olives. If they were green, she would have said green olives. The fact of the matter is this. The man made something about race. When nothing was said about race nor the color of someone's skin. So what are we not supposed to say hey can I get black olives on our sub. What if they had green and black olives? Are we supposed to point ? I get and completely understand even in today's society, racism is still a big problem. We have people of all color who can and will be racist. But if your going to make a big deal about someone saying can I have some black olives on THEIR food they are paying for then jesus I guess were not going to actually be allowed to claim race on our birth certificates, or much less be able to say can I get some purple onions instead of white onions? Be that as it may i plan on calling their corporate number. If someone can take a customer saying can they have some black olives, on their sub, and then the man correcting her by saying you mean olives all because a lady of a different race is next to him. That seems like he has an issue with race then. Not my mom. Subway. Do better. Not everything is about race. Not everyone is a racist and if your going to correct someone best be damned to do it to someone else, dont let it be MY mother. Best be glad I wasnt there because I would've told you to keep your damn sub with the olives and politically would've corrected you the difference of colors, along with the crayon colors that come in a box! I guess theres going to come a time where we arent going to be able to say pass me the white crayon. The brown crayon. The black crayon. Etc. And let me just say this. If you gotta problem with how someone says something with zero ill intent the issue is with yourself my mama raised me and my sister that no matter our skin color we all God's people and we all gone be judged on judgment day the same way. The fact remains. He took something so simple and insisted it was about race. If someone can take a customer saying can they have some black olives, on their sub, and then make it into a race perspective, they are the issue. Id like cooperates number.

Just want to come on here and say. Don't ask for " black " olives on your sub. You'll be corrected as " olives " from the owner all because people of a different race works in the restaurant. Even if you do not mean it any form of way about race. Its the color of the olives. I guess most places dont know that other sub establishments carry green and black olives. If you can take something so simple and make it about a race then you have an issue. Not the customer. Secondly I guess were at the point now where we can't say we want " white " bread now ether? Guess we have to say regular right? Do BETTER. not everything is about race. Are we not supposed to allow our kids to learn the colors in the crayon box. Honestly. I would love corporates number, or whomever owns the franchise at this location. Maybe your racist because a white woman asked for black olives on a food item? Can go both ways.
