  If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I attempted to eat here tonight, and unfortunately, the customer service was enough to make sure we won’t be back. The woman taking our order repeatedly interrupted my husband every time he tried to order, and her tone came across as rude, disrespectful, and as if we were inconveniencing her simply by being there. We were made to feel completely unwelcome, and that’s not the kind of experience anyone should have when spending their hard-earned money at a restaurant. We definitely will NOT be returning. I can honestly see now why the parking lot was empty. If you’re reading this review, save yourself the frustration and go across the street to Cook Out instead. Their customer service and overall experience were great!

  Food is good 9/10. The service ALWAYS impacts the atmosphere for me and it was terrible. The person taking my order was extremely rude. I asked what came on one of the hot dogs pictured and her response was "can't you see the menu" then she was talking to other people, with her mic on, while talking to me. When I would say what I wanted it was immediately followed with "is that all" in a tone that implied "please hurry up and get out the way". Customer service matters to me and what I received was terrible.

  We were wanting to order but the person that said hold on didnt have a friendly personality and after several minutes we just decided to leave as they were NOT busy and didn't seem to value us as customers. Sonic in whiteville wasNot a good experience
