  The new owners that are operating this sonic has done a better job with picking managers there drive thru times are very decent and there focus on customer service is better than most restaurants in the City outside of cruizers . Sonic comes second , Walt who own cruisers is an exceptional man and his restaurant is a good role model on customer service and so far sonic has been chasing his example.

  Traveling to Charlotte and stopped here for lunch right at the lunch rush. It was busy and apparently they were short staffed but the gal who assisted us by taking our order and asking everyone to be patient was quite an exemplary and very professional employee. I definitely empathized with her and overall she did an amazing job with our order etc. I hate that she had to run around like that and try to hold down the fort for the entire business but I get it, it happens sometimes and when it does you just have to do your best. Overall she and the other 2 employees that I witnessed were doing their best with what they had to work with. By the way, my order was exactly right even with the high stakes! Thanks for being awesome!!
