  I always have to say that the employees working the self checkout lanes are oblivious to helping customers get through their lines. After scanning my items and trying to check out, I had to wait on an employee to check my ID so I could get moving. I sat next to the register several times waiting on someone whom walks off or just doesn't pay attention.

  It's sad that the new generation doesn't have any customer service skills. I've called three times and every time got someone rude. And they have a girl that uses her phone as she is checking you out and making you wait until she is through. What happened to this world? It's not only this foodlion. Loris too. We weren't even allowed to have our phones on the floor unless it was a company phone used for company business.

  The bathrooms are usually disgusting. Its a basic food lion.

  Really disappointed with the deli lately. The cheese is consistently sliced unevenly—crooked, messy, and often falling apart, which makes it hard to use. On top of that, the staff come across as rude and uninterested, like they don’t really care about the quality or the customer experience. Definitely needs improvement.
