  Stood there for 5 minutes. Three employees on duty. No one in the drive through, no one in the dining room. I was the only customer. All three employees looked at me and quickly turned away without acknowledging me. After 5 minutes I felt foolish for standing there so I left. 9pm/Thursday June 25, 2026.

  At approximately 130p.m. today worst experience of any Arby's ever. My French dip had very little meat. Au jus was cold. Had to ask for things left out of my order. Watched employees stand with back to me never asking what I needed. Manager or the person pretending to be in charge was arguing with employees. Dining room was in need of attention. We ate here back in April otw to our beach home. It was good then. So we stopped today. But we will never come back our experience today. Wasn't even worth complaining as the supposed leadership was yelling and just as much the problem. NEVER AGAIN. 35.00 FOR THAT MEAL AND SERVICE WAS A JOKE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

  Very busy at noon on a Sunday, it's right off the highway so convenient, the staff was very busy but cheerful and nice. Food came fast despite the lunch rush, longest wait was just to get through the line to give order but still good. Clean bathrooms.

  We came in to try the new Philly cheesesteak which I was getting for free with a coupon with a purchase. While waiting on our food, I went to get napkins and other supplies. They were out of napkins. They were out of salt. They had to go to the back to get us some paper, towels, and some salt. The Philly cheesesteak was very disappointing. It was still cold in certain spots of the meat. When I unwrapped the Philly steak the whole top of it was covered with some sort of sauce or the cheese that’s inside the bun. It was a mess I had to use a paper towel to damping it off and get rid of the paper that it was wrapped in. I will not be buying that again. The roast beef sandwich was shredded, not sliced, and it was also not warm. The potato cakes were burnt and very greasy. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with Arby’s. Especially them overcook the potato cakes. This may be our last visit to any Arby’s.

  Went last week inside to order and eat. Stood there 10 minutes at counter - not busy but finally I asked if someone could take our order. Lady at drive thru said as soon as we can we are short staffed. She continued and took 4 more orders at the drive thru, took their money and gave them their food; while we stood there. Finally we left and went to Zaxby's. Will never return to that store.
