  Staff was very friendly, food was not fresh . Curly fries were cold and old. French dip sandwich was not very good. It was just 3 of us. My wife, grandson and I. Restaurant was in decent shape. Tables needed cleaning. Will not be eating here again.

  When we walked into Arby’s the restaurant was empty. A guy was sweeping and someone running the window. We stood there for approximately 5 minutes with no one acknowledging us. I went to the bathroom and by the time I came back out my husband was already waiting for me outside. I heard the guy say the rudest thing about my husband and I called him out on it. Well he started yelling at me. My husband told me he had to finally ask the girl working the drive thru if anyone was going to take our order and she then called out the one sweeping the floor to come to the register to take his order. My husband then asked him as he came behind the counter why he didn’t come to take our order since he saw us come in. The man got smart with my husband and said, “You saw I was over there sweeping the floor”. My husband then told him he could go right back over there and keep sweeping it and walked out the door. This place won’t be there long if this is how you treat customers. In my 60 years I have never been so rudely treated at any restaurant I’ve been in. I will call corporate Monday morning.

  July 21st, 2026 between 12pm and 1pm.... I ate lunch here. First of all, I have my reasons for 2 stars which includes the customer service. However, this does NOT reflect on the workers who were there. My reasons are for management and ABOVE. Only 2 people were working there when I arrived. I watched the girl prep and make food, then come and take my order and others in the lobby. The other lady was working drive-thru. All of us in line noticed this. Both of these women were busting their ass. What kind of management/business allows this? Do better at this location Arby's corporation!

  Service was horrible. Only scheduled 3 workers on a Sunday lunch. Took over 30 minutes to receive food. Ran out of diet coke and no help to get a refill. Response when requested was oh well.
