  There was only one person working. She was juggling a line of customers as well as online orders . And she was super slow. She really should have had help. There was also a big puddle in the middle of the floor by the soda machine. It took us over 25 minutes to put in our order and finally get our food. Unfortunately it's the only Subway around that's still open and I had a gift card.

  Rude employee, stood there for 5 min before we were even acknowledged. MESSY food area STUFF SCATTERED EVERYWHERE, Brown lettuce. NO, onions or tomatoes. It’s a SUB place how do you not have onions or tomatoes..? I asked and was told what I see is what they have. Asked for sweet onion sauce employee huff and puffed rolled her eyes and walked to go get it.

  For two days in a row now we have ordered subs for dinner on the app. Two days and they can not get the order right. First was yesterday my husband ordered a Footlong Ham sub for the sauce he wanted the Sweet Onion sauce they put Honey Mustard on it instead. He ate it cause he likes honey mustard too. Then today I ordered two footlong ham subs they both were suppose to have pepper jack cheese they put American cheese instead. I ordered mine with lettuce and honey mustard along with green peppers, onions and banana peppers. My husband got a spinach, onion, green pepper, banana pepper and sweet onion sauce. What do they do give us two footlong ham subs with American cheese, spinach, green peppers, onion, banana peppers and sweet onion sauce. I am not one to complain but really someone needs to learn to do their job right or go back to school and learn how to read or both. I tried to call them to see what could be done and no answer. I am very unsatisfied with this. I have worked with the public and still do so I get it and know how it is but that was my hard earned money and my dinner. I did NOT eat it. Now I will find another subway to go to and get my food, maybe. If I do I will make sure it’s one that can do the job right and knows how to read.
