  Thanks for a $6 cup of foam and ice.Got a large Iced Matcha latte and as soon as I left I took about 3 sips and it was gone.

  I came in with my daughter she wanted breakfast and when we arrived there was no one in the store, only 1 car in the driveway. There were 2 workers we were not greeted at all only a dry non eye contact Give me a minute. I ordered on the kiosk and was asked twice if I needed help as if she was rushing me. When we got ready to sit down the tables were filthy, the counters were dirty and had a makeshift broom on top of the glass case where the donuts were. The Ambience was very blah and non-welcoming for a donut shop. A family of 4 came in afterwards and the young lady rolled her eyes as if she was so busy. These people today are lazy they don’t want to work and not come to work presentable either. The mother of the family complained about how dirty it was and there were some eye rolls and stare downs from the young lady served us. I wouldn’t have given this place any stars if possible. As I’m leaving a regular came in and they greeted him with a huge Good morning, every customer deserves that experience. We’re all paying customers.

  My visit this morning was nothing short of frustrating. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel among other things and that was the source of confusion. Apparently that sounds like a bagel with cream cheese over the drive thru speaker. When I got to the window, I wanted to clarify and make sure my order was correct - which it wasn't - they rang up a bagel with cream cheese. Two different employees told me that they already made it so they wouldn't be able to fix it unless I went back into the drive thru line and order again. Excuse me? Do your computers seriously not have the option to correct an order when YOU got it wrong? Makes no sense to me. I pulled out of the line and my wife went inside. More confusion as they still tried to give us the bagel with cream cheese (and mentioned something to her about getting in the drive thru line AGAIN even though she was standing in front of them? On top of everything my chia latte tasted like coffee so I can only assume they made it a dirty chai without me asking. At least my wife got the food for free, even though she converted points for a reward and added $10 to her app thats now stuck there until we go to another location. SUPER frustrating. Do not go to this location unless you want to pull your hair out over a bagel!

  This might be the worst Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been to. The drive through has one job and that’s the get your order right. Every single time I go to this Dunkin Donuts they forget something! And then if you order something and they’re out of it they just ignore it even if you’ve already paid for it. Embarrassing.

  I stop by a lot of Dunkins due to my work and this location got my custom order right and introduced me to the new munchkin wedding cake flavor which is blueberry with sprinkles and not almond like I thought it might be. Very nice and will remember this location on my travels.
