Missing food or wrong order. 4. Employees standing around talking when the dining room needs to be cleaned. 5. Call the number on the receipt when having a problem and it goes straight to a message machine that has a full mail box.

The guy working was cleaning the counters with a rag and bucket with glvoes on. He goes to make my drink with the same gloves on and i had to call him out to change his gloves. Thankfully i did because he stuck his whole hand in the ice to put it in my cup. I went today and they had almost no donuts and i had to triple as to put almond milk in my drink and they still didnt. Im so incredibly upset. Never going back.

Asked for a medium coffee in the drive-thru and waited over 7 min for the car in front to get 4 cold brews. When I got to the window had to wait another 3 min for my coffee. A medium coffee! I go to work really early at 6 and don’t have time to make breakfast. Always stick the tip button infront of your face first thing. Sometimes I’m in line for 20+ min. I drive a brand new Escalade and it shuts off after 20min in one spot thinking I left it running and forgot. And the line as 4-5 cars… But what really gets me going is wanting a tip first thing which I always paid and then getting a coffee 3/4 full EVERY single time because I don’t want it full of ice. There’s no coffee when it’s full of ice to the brim. I have asked several time to fill my cup and EVERY time it’s the same. They try to save .20$ off of you and want a 20-25% tip for 0 service. Hope whoever the smart person is over there making these calls gets fired!
