The service is horrible, they will mistreat your order if you don’t tip for their bad service and even if you tip they will literally take forever to give you your order. Very disappointed. If you are able to get food elsewhere, please do. You will be late if you think your drive through order will be quick. Very very disappointing!! I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this is beyond ridiculous.

Shame on me for not standing there in the line, holding up everyone else and digging through the bag to make sure I get my all my food because of the incompetence of the staff. Of course I don’t realize it until I’m so far away that it’s not worth my time to turn around and get it. I try to call and let them know, I get a voicemail with a full inbox. A mistake I won’t make again by buying from that location.

I came in and ordered 5 donuts and a pack of Munchkins, and it took them more than 30 minutes to take them from the glass case and give them to me. People even came in after me to order donuts and got theirs before I got mine. Something that takes 2 minutes to do should not take 30 when you aren't busy and I'm the first indoor order you have and you have all the donuts you need.
- RHRusty HartJul 21, 20261.0Sadly this location has gotten so bad, they can’t keep employees long and don’t seem to train the new ones well before putting them in the drive-through window. I came by for my usual coffee and when the girl at the window told me the total, I said that doesn’t sound right I think you rang up the wrong drink. She proceeded to look back at the POS and then handed me the drink and just repeated the same total I just said was wrong. Not very good critical thinking skills there. The food has also been awful to the point I have had to throw it away multiple times now.
