I took pictures and immediately returned to the store. After showing the manager the photos, I was initially offered a replacement meal. I explained that after finding a fly in the food, we were not comfortable eating anything else from this location and I had to specifically request a refund. To make matters worse, I was still charged for the drink even though the can we received was damaged and dented, and the pop top malfunctioned to the point that my daughter couldn’t even open it. Finding a fly in prepared food is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about sanitation and food handling at this location. I was also disappointed with how the situation was handled. Given the circumstances, I expected the manager to immediately offer a full refund rather than expecting us to accept replacement food. This experience definitely needs to be addressed by management.

Food was fine. They’d ran out of chicken so we had to wait for it, and they were low on a lot of other things so smaller serving than usual.
