- ASAshley Shaw4 days ago1.0This chipotle is by far the absolute worst location. It’s disappointing actually. The food display always looks dirty & not appetizing. They always run out of EVERYTHING! The lack of the ability to know how to manage how much food needs to be prepared to not consistently run out needs to be studied! Then they know they don’t have more food to replace the half empty display so they try to skimp out on your portions and try to charge you extra when you ask for more!!!! For this location to be in Wendell falls and provide service like this is sad! Get a new staff and better management immediately!

Overall, I was genuinely pleased with the experience. Great food, great portion, and even better convenience. Chipotle did its thing!

Apparently the drive through window is only for orders made through the chipotle app and not any other food ordering app. I don't understand why I would be asked my name, then the employee proceed to look at the bag with my name on it just to walk back and tell me to come inside to get it. It's extremely goofy and given their hundreds of poor reviews they would try to do better about their customer service. I also want to add that I am making this review after consistent terrible experiences. I have found a huge piece of plastic in my bowl before. Not ever going back. I have tried to give them multiple chances.
