  I would leave zero stars if possible! I got food poisoning! Not only was my food wrong, but it was cold and not ready at pick up time. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Staff was incredibly rude. Once I got home to eat the food the chips were so stale you could fold them and they wouldn’t break! The lettuce had several black spots on it. I ended up throwing most of it out.

  Came in for a bowl and although they were out of a couple items, I was still able to order. My issue was with the guac… instead of letting me know they were running low or out, the employee gave me what was barely half a spoonful (honestly closer to a quarter scoop) and still charged full price. I don’t mind paying extra for guac, but if customers are being charged full price, portions should reflect that or at least be communicated beforehand, not to mention the poor customer service… very disappointing when i purposely choose to drive out of my way for this location due to many great experiences.

  I can’t eat cilantro and I always order plain rice with my bowls for that reason. When I went to this location and asked for plain rice, they looked at me like I was stupid and the manager then said “we don’t have plain rice. It all gets mixed with cilantro.” However, that’s never been the case at any other Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Disappointed but not surprised honestly.

  asked for a side of sour cream for someone else’s order, was told “no”. I grabbed my wallet and came back in to pay for the sour cream and the employee handed it to me, gave me a blank stare and when I tried to pay for it she said she “wasn’t going to fuss over sour cream. It’s ten o’clock at night”. I had no issue paying for it! just without attitude ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ if you’re willing to make the drive, wake forest location has consistent portions and employees that seem like they actually enjoy their job. just go there.

  The only reason I’m not giving zero stars is because some of the staff were very nice. I went into this location and ordered only tacos not a bowl. When I was telling the girl what I wanted on my tacos (lettuce & cheese only) she put those two ingredients in a bowl. I didn’t question her, I thought maybe she did that so I could the lettuce and cheese on my tacos when I got home. Once I got home I realized that she not only charged me for my tacos but charged me for an entire veggie bowl so I called and spoke with a manager and I was asked to go back to get a refund. No problem things happen. As I’m waiting for the manager to issue me a refund, the girl (Rachel) that waited on my initially stops ringing up the customer she has at the register and starts arguing with me and telling me how I never told her the letter and cheese was supposed to be on the tacos, which I did. Why in the world would I pay over 8 dollars for a hand full of lettuce and cheese and you call that a veggie bowl? Meanwhile as she continues to tell me I’m wrong, there is an entire line of customers listening to her argue with me. Rachel continues running her mouth until eventually the manager comes over and refunds my so called veggie bowl. Mistakes happen and I would have gone back but after Rachel basically called me (a paying customer) a liar in front of other customers, I will never go back to this location. I’m not sure what is with this younger generation and having no customer service skills but if they continue to employee people like her, no one is ever going to want to come to your restaurant. I included a picture of my so called veggie bowl.
