Hello, wendell fall Chick-fil-A management I would like to make a complaint about an experience my children and I had at your restaurant today. While ordering, I accidentally said “chicken burger” instead of “chicken sandwich.” The cashier, whose name I believe is Ziyha, started laughing at me repeatedly instead of politely correcting me. She continued laughing nonstop, and it felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. My children were sitting in car with me and I chose not to respond because I did not want to create a scene in front of them. However, I left feeling embarrassed, upset, and disrespected. My family and I are loyal Chick-fil-A customers. We recently moved to North Carolina from Virginia, and Chick-fil-A has always been one of our favorite places to eat. That is why this experience was especially disappointing. I believe employees should treat customers with kindness and respect, especially when someone simply misspeaks. I hope this issue is taken seriously and that this employee receives proper training on customer service and professionalism. Thank you for your time.

I mean, it’s Chick-fil-A, so the food is going to be good. But do not, do not, do not use mobile thru to order your food. They prioritize the regular drive-in at this location, and you will sit far longer than if you just ordered in real time. This has happened to me three times already, and I see other reviews on here that say the same. Hope this changes as they get used to operations.

The team at this new CFA is excellent. They are doing their absolute best opening a very popular restaurant in a dense area. The food quality, service, and atmosphere are all excellent. I see lots of people complaining here without thinking through their complaint...of course mobile thru is going to be slower than drive thru, everyone and their brother and sister are ordering through mobile thinking its going to be faster. If you want your food faster, get your lazy butt out of your car and get some steps in. Walk in and order!

I placed a mobile order at this location and picked it up via the drive thru. While waiting in line I noticed there was large discrepancy between wait times for the regular drive thru and the mobile drive thru lines… the regular drive thru line (for customers that did not place an order via the mobile app) moved much much much faster. Priority was obviously being given to those guests in the regular drive thru for some strange backwards reason. I saw (not an exaggeration— I counted) 15 cars receive their orders from that line, while the mobile thru line sat unmoving, because no one was bringing out mobile orders. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience here, so it’s obvious that this is a habitual issue with this location. It is completely backwards to prioritize those who did not use the mobile app… those using the mobile app are loyal customers who are making the lives of service staff easier, by not taking up the time of a staff member to place their order. This location is sending a message to customers, that they should just ignore and delete the app and just place their order in person at the drive thru in order to receive the best experience.

Was very excited to now have a Chick-fil-A open so close to me but very disappointed with this new Chick-fil-A location after having to drive to and from the restaurant 3 times because they couldn’t tell the difference between a spicy wrap and one that isn’t spicy. First ordered through the drive thru, then drove back and went inside, was given a new wrap only to return home and it was another spicy wrap that I specified was wrong and I did not order spicy even showed them my order receipt from my phone. So had to drive there for the third time and finally got the right wrap. But having to go there and back 3 times because they couldn’t tell the difference between a spicy wrap and not spicy was very disappointing. The third time I went back the nice girl that helped me did apologize but this I just not the kind of service i usually receive at Chick-fil-A especially when the person that replaced it the first time looked at me and said “you already took a bite out of it” like I did something wrong… how else was I supposed to know it was spicy.
