3 visits since we moved to the area and the first visit was great and it was not long before closing. The second visit and third visit have been absolutely disappointing, to the point that we will not be back. I did the survey after the second visit. The food was cold the second visit and other things wrong, but this visit, my bo bites had barely any chicken in them (almost all crunchy batter) and they were hard and dark, the biscuit was missing, and my husband’s rippers were about the same. I had one bo bite out of 4 with some chicken in it. The phone number is a joke and gives you a not in service message and you can’t go in due to the remodeling. This place needs to be evaluated and someone needs to teach the children working that their attitudes stink. (5/3/26 mid-day)

Don't bother coming to this Bojangles you're better off driving an extra 15 minutes to the next closest one.
We had an online order we put in around 10:45 It wasn't complicated. 1. bo chicken rippers cambo with bo rounds (large) 2. Cajun fillet biscuit combo with bo rounds also (large) 3. A large side of fries, dirty rice and one regular sweet potato pie. We pulled in the drive-thru around 11:00 and our order still isn't done. They said everything is done. They were just waiting on bow rounds. We said okay that's fine and they told us to pull up. We pulled up in their designated parking spot and waited 35 minutes at least. We pulled around to the drive-thru again and told her we still haven't got our food she proceeds to look over at her coworker and ask him if he brought out the food. He says no I forgot and they both bust out laughing. Laughing in our face she says sorry I guess he forgot. Still laughing and hands us the bag. I looked through the bag and the order is completely wrong, missing half the contents and then everything that was supposed to be large is either small or not in there including the potato pie that we paid an extra $3 for, not to mention all the food was cold. And the bo rounds that we waited 35 minutes for were old and soggy. We tell her that the order is wrong and she says just because you ordered a large and bo sized it doesn't mean you get large sides even though we paid extra for it. She compromises and gives us, 2 also cold medium bo rounds and tells us to keep the small. So of course we're upset, so please don't come to this Bojangles, at least until they get new staff thank you if you read all the way.

this place is fantastic! the girl working at the fronts name was alyssa and she was phenomenal! so nice to us and was very fast at making our food. Great experience! thanks alyssa!

I feel sorry for the girl managing…….she didn’t have a lot to work with. I could not imagine managing. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo and waited 15 minutes for it. The staff In the back were cussing loudly while I had my child with me.

I ordered through DoorDash. To start, it was a $50 order. After a DoorDash credit due to the food being inedible, it was $31. So, I paid $31 for one chicken leg and thigh meal with dirty rice, two medium Bo-Rounds, and a Pepsi. Ridiculous. The Southern Gravy Biscuit tasted and looked horrible. I trashed it. The Bo-Bite combo I ordered, the Bo-Bites were too burned to eat, so they were also trashed. As a manager, how can you let this quality of food leave your store? It looks bad on the store and also on you as a manager. I was also missing the extra buffalo sauce I ordered. You totally messed up my order, as if you did not care. You may want to remember that in a food service job, without your customers, your job will become obsolete. This is just something I always thought about as a manager when sending food out my door. I have pics if anyone wants to reach out, to resolve the mess your manager let leave your store!
