  Get the same order, everytime, 1st shift does an excellent job but night shift messes it up, everytime

  I usually order through the app and pick up my food inside when I’m on my work break. When I use the drive-thru at this location, the service is always great. Unfortunately, my experience picking up orders inside has been consistently disappointing. Every time I’ve placed an online order for in-store pickup, my drink has been forgotten. Normally, that wouldn’t be a big issue, but there’s rarely anyone at the front counter, so I end up waiting 5+ minutes just to get someone’s attention. The same thing happened today. When I finally got an employee’s attention, I showed her the sticker on my meal box to point out that my drink was missing. Before I could finish explaining, she interrupted me and said, “Oh! Well I didn’t see that!” Then she smiled in a passive-aggressive way, turned around, and rolled her eyes. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that mistakes happen and stressful days are part of the job. That’s why I don’t usually leave negative reviews. However, the repeated issues with in-store pickup combined with how this situation was handled left a bad impression. I’ll continue using the drive-thru, but I won’t be choosing in-store pickup at this location anymore.

  They have a very different menu now. They no longer have the double decker (knock off version), which is what I wanted so I ordered just 2 chicken soft taco's via the drive thru. The order on the screen said 2 beef taco's for $3.98. Additional $1.50 to add the chicken, even without the beef. I confirmed the order and drove up. I asked why am I paying the price for 2 beef taco's with no beef just chicken and that costs $1.50 more. She asked the Manager and he also looked bewildered as to why that was the costs. He said "I don't control the pricing ". They no longer have just soft taco's or any other of the other simple taco's on the menu.

  Employees at night aren't very friendly and when I needed something fixed, they acted like I was lying. If you go just hope they dont mess your food up or it will be your problem!
