    The 5.99 meal where they refuse to change anything. So some sandwiche artists will change the sauce without hassle, others will tell me to get lost. For the quality of what they provide, they shouldn't argue with a customer over a sauce... Won't be back. 12 year customer.

    Food was so good and service was awesome, they have a nice vending machine with little accessories. The manager is phenomenal, so was the food

    The food quality is fine, but the service is greatly lacking. I dont even blame the employees, what few they have. How can one employee be expected to make multiple online orders and make in store customer orders by themselves in a timely fashion. On the other hand, maybe customer service with in store customers should come first, then online orders? I have left without ordering here multiple times after waiting (only customer in line) 5-10 mins as was for an employee to get around to taking my order. Again, in their defense, they are usually the only employee there and having to do multiple other tasks. Needs fixing for certain though.
