    came through the drive through and ordered just a sandwich and took them 20 minutes to make it even though there was no one behind me and only a few people inside that were already sitting down eating and it wasn’t even the right sandwich. once i was up at the window there was a girl with really short shorts on and a spaghetti strap tank top that was QUITE revealing as well as the shorts packing the food up. they were all yelling and goofing off and cursing at each other. absolutely no professionalism. they also told one person in the drive through that they were closing soon and he drove away even though they didn’t close for another 30 minutes. given the situation and behavior, they either don’t have a manager or the manager just doesn’t care how it’s being run. will not be going back.

    Drive through too 30 min. At window order was wrong. Service was very poor. Food was cold. Very poor management. Will never go back. Weaverville, NC

    To whoever is training someone at the drive thru @5:30-5:40pm on 2/20/26. You need to learn how to treat others. The way you spoke to your fellow coworker, clapping your hands and putting them down was disgusting. It's really not that serious and you can talk to them in private. Sounded like a personal attack and you should never speak to your team like that in front of a customer. Do Better Arby's.
