    Didn't get what we ordered got a plain hamburger with lettuce onion rings tasted like pancake batter overall sucked

    Go through drive thru, they don't wanna mess with pennies so they short the customer instead of the company. Order a double CHEESEburger and they give NO CHEESE. Try to call them and you get a disconnected Texas phone number.

    We ordered a large chocolate chunk brownie blast and a small Reeses sonic blast we were given a large cookie dough and a small m n m we didn't know until already home. I would be kinder and not give them a bad rating but when you call the number it is a Texas number and has a constant busy signal so there is no way to fix anything unless you drive all the way back to town 30 minutes.

    The manager greeted us at the window with an attitude and was very un-welcoming, he then went and made the food all incorrect, and had an attitude as he handed the food out.

    Sonic Drive-in Waynsville North Carolina. 3/27/26 1:10pm .Food is great! love the all day breakfast. But getting the order correct 9 times out of 10 ,(we frequently go to Sonic for take out) It is wrong. This is a lack of training issue. Not training whoever prepares the food, Some order takers don't know the product. Checking Items on the screen to verify is no help when the food is not put in the bag. We were missing one entire order of chicken tender meal. Ordered cheese burgers, but no cheese on the hambergers . Unfortunately This was when we got home. 25 minutes away, Could not get them by phone fast busy. Called the 1 866-OK-Sonic number got a person off shore who did not know what Sonic Drive in was! and then just cut me off. This all reflects on the poor management and ownership of this franchise. I have put in a dispute with my CC company. I don't think we will go back anytime soon. I could understand all the messed up orders when they first opened but it never stopped. Buyer Beware. Management is usually abrupt with customers who complain. Sad great product.
