  I ordered 3 of the $7 meal deals. The manager (a young man) took my order at the speaker. Upon arriving at the window, I noticed the boy making my drinks had a filthy wet band-aid on his ring finger on his left hand. I politely requested that they remake my drinks without them being exposed to a wet band-aid. The manager that took my order came over and remade them without a single word, then told us to have a good night and shut the window on us. We didn't get straws, we were never asked if we wanted sauce for our nuggets (not at the speaket or at the window). It would have been nice if he could have made sure we were satisfied but he was obviously irritated that I pointed out the dirty wet band-aid touching all of our drinks....

  I’ve always liked sonic except some employees need to have their attitude checked responding with mmhmmm when I say thank you or have a good day. you need better customer service. If you don’t wanna work in fast food don’t work in fast food period. Also phone number is inactive calls Texas and not Waynesville. no straw with the drink. Also you 8/10 times can’t use the card payment at the machines they never work

  Received fries instead of tater tots and received the wrong milkshake. The employee whom brought it to the car didn't offer to correct the fries. Didn't realize the shake was wrong until I got home. I'm out about $10 worth of food. Food was hot and order was correct in the past after first opening. Disappointing now

  Great shakes, Hamburgers and fries are always hot. And the cherry/limeade is great. All their little snacks are good too. Try the pretzel with your choice of dips.
