  Probably the best McDonald's in the area. Always great service via the drive through. Great staff, which in turn means a very quick turn around between ordering, paying and receiving your foos.

  It is truly amazing that McDonald's started 86 years ago and the franchises cannot produce very basic food with realy pretty good recipes and products. Why? It is simple its the people that work there. Waynesville is extremely understaffed and with really sketchy staff. We recently visited and my wife got a Mcchicken or whatever you would call a overdone , brown dry piece of whatever it was. No mayonnaise, just two pickles on a dry bun. Really disappointed. But she was too hungry to have me to take it back. I had to share half of my Filet of fish , which was really good. I didn't ask for fresh fries for once and got soggy fries. So sad . We will return but never buy a McDonalds chicken sandwich for the next 30 years we hope to be alive. I promised my wife next time I will go to Burger King where they have a very nice chicken sandwich. I will never order fries but fresh and sit there and watch them bring them out of the fryer. From my observations which has been 100s is that there are two worthy employees, the lady that keeps the front dining room very clean and the young lady thirties ish .if you didn't have those two you would be doomed.!!!

  Went by McDonald’s this morning and my wife ordered unsweetened tea in a large cup and a gallon . we left and got on interstate and my wife said this is sweet tea that’s when I said I hope the gallon is unsweetened tea so long story short we got to lake in Tennessee and my wife said it’s sweet tea so all we could do is pour it out because we can’t drink sweet tea because on sugar problems so I called and all I got was a answering machine so I guess they get so many calls that they won’t

  I placed a mobile order at 10:15 this morning and then when i got to this location chose to do the curb side pickup. I waited and watched every other car get their order. I sat and waited because i understood it was busy. In total i sat there for 30 minutes. I never got my food. I went in to try and speak to someone and waited ten more minutes. So i left. I will NEVER be coming to this location ever again. I try to be very understanding of a busy day but by the time i was getting ready to leave the drive thru was empty. I was the only person waiting for food in the curbside spots and there was just no reason it should EVER take over 45 minutes to bring me “fast food”.
