  We love this place - friendly staff, clean, fair prices. Great place to take kids to do indoor play and then get an icecream treat after.

  don't bother. their drink holders will absolutely spill your drink and they don't give two craps about customer service

  This is Brian's wife and we visited Maggie valley for a week. This place has the best ice cream I have ever ate. I was never a big ice cream person til I came here. Hands down these people know what they are doing and it's delicious. I'm officially addicted. 10 out of 10! If you haven't tried it, your missing out. Highly recommend ~ thanks Carrie

  Banana nut pancake bowl with banana pudding ice cream, maple walnut ice cream, caramel, whipped cream and pecans! & loaded (waffle cone) nachos with birthday cake ice cream, peach ice cream, and cherry ice cream with whipped cream, a cherry, and an extra waffle cone on top! We are becoming regulars here at caffeine and chaos! And for good reason! This place just keeps getting better and better! I also love the chaos extreme milk shake! ♡♡♡♡♡
