- MAMoto Ashley1 day ago5.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today we had the absolute pleasure of being served by the sweetest elderly lady named Carol at Bojangles, and I haven't stopped thinking about her since. She was still learning her way around the computer system, but what she may have lacked in speed, she more than made up for in kindness, patience, and genuine warmth. Not once did we mind waiting. In fact, I wish she knew that the kindness she showed us was worth far more than how quickly she could ring up an order. She had the sweetest disposition and reminded me so much of my own grandmother. There was something incredibly special about her, and I hope the management at this location recognizes that. In a world where everything seems to revolve around speed, efficiency, and getting people in and out the door, sometimes we forget how much a gentle voice, a warm smile, and a kind heart can mean. I don't know her story or what brought her to work at this stage of her life, but I do know that she deserves every ounce of patience, kindness, and respect that comes her way. Carol you are doing a wonderful job. Your kindness was the best part of our visit. Bojangles, you have a gem. I hope you treat her like one. ❤️

Ordered very specific items mashed potatoes and gravy and said to not include Cole slaw......so she doesn't give me mashed potatoes and gravy but instead makes sure I have coleslaw. Previous visits have been quite similar with rude teenagers and excessive wait time for food. Also giving wrong food. It's a shame the manager has not the ability to staff the restaurant with competent help. Never going here again. Strike 3

The cashier that took our order could not stop tucking her hair our of her face while handling food. She put the Bo rounds in the bag first to wait on the biscuits and they got cold. Four people behind us got their orders and left all the while our Bo rounds were sitting in the bag getting cold. Then, we get home and there is egg on my biscuit that I did not order. Yuck! We decided to give them another chance and it was just as bad. Again, my order was wrong with no cheese on my biscuit, cold Bo rounds, the same girl tucking her hair, the dining room was disgusting and I don't think the either restroom had been cleaned in days! Even my son was disgusted with the men's restroom. Just nasty!
