The AI got the combo sizes wrong, so we paid more than we expected. The AI messed up parts of the order that the person at the window simply didn't have the patience to tell us what we ordered to confirm. Window closed immediately. Just avoid this place as long as the AI exists.

Food is fine, it's Bojangles, if it's fresh enough, it'll be good. The problem was the rude drive thru lady. Asked for a couple BBQ sauces, because I like to dunk my Bo rounds in them. She grabs one and hurries to cloae the window after handing to me... not sure what world a couple means one. Okay, so I get her attention. She comes back all annoyed, I ask if I could get another one. She them says sternly, like it was a huge problem, I can only give you one, they cost 25 cents each. Like... okay. The attitude was insane. Like I get that your life sucks, but don't bring that to me, who just wants a bbq sauce with his bo rounds. I'll pay for it, I don't care. It's a quarter. She acted like I was out to steal their whole supply of bbq sauce and she would get fired for it. I can guarantee you that if Bojangles going to fire you over a bbq sauce, you should not be working there.

Yes I said and waited 15 minutes for some chicken to be cooked. I get home and find that I have 5 drumsticks, 2 thighs and 1 breast ......for 35 bucks thats a rip off. The chicken was mediocre quality at best as it usually is . The holiday or Sunday crew here is always 100% crap quality
