I get my order, tell the lady thank you very much and she said nothing at all to me. No smiles whatsoever made me feel unwelcome. By the way, I was only person in the lobby. I understand that drive-thru business is great, but I cannot use the drive-thru because I have a voice prosthesis due to cancer and people cannot understand me ordering on the microphone. I have no choice but to walk in. Which I will debate about going other places next time.

After exiting the drive through, I realized I hadn’t been given my card back… no biggie! I go inside to ask about it, and I must add the lady helping me out initially couldn’t have been more kind, but wasn’t able to turn it up. So I go back out to look in the car but no luck, so I send my boyfriend in AGAIN to ask with instructions to be apologetic but firm- and only after speaking to multiple people again does an employee speak to the person manning the drive through who then magically finds the card at their station. At the very least this bo needs a reup on lost-item procedures… I caused more than a little commotion asking around for it and ought drive-through guy not have been expecting me to come in and ask for my card once he realized he never gave it back? Anywho, everyone I interacted with was super kind and I understand how busy bo can be, but it was odd to be sure.

Got the Cajun meal and asked for it to be a BLT (kind of an upgrade to the sandwich) I get home and it’s just the Cajun sandwich, the chicken is burn to hell and the pickles are gross looking. It’s my own fault though… I should have looked at the rating before ordering. No need to call and complain seeing how it’s nothing but useless people working there. What they are going to do “fix” my food? Gross… yeah, No thanks.
