  I placed an online order since I had eye surgery, had my son pick it up. It clearly says on receipt Orange cream shake. I desperately wanted one. My son comes back NO shake. I call up there to talk to manager who was extremely rude then hung up on me. I called back 10 x till they answered to get her name. The kid answered and then asked me to repeat my question which you could hear someone telling him what to do. They she gets on the phone after I said something. I asked her name she said Ashley which im sure she is lying. I will be contacting corporate first thing tomorrow morning.

  I try not to have expectations when it comes to fast food and I even give places second chances because I know how crazy things can be sometimes. But every time I go there, I get the same unpleasant, rude lady. My food looks like they made it and then threw it against the wall before they handed it to me every time. I shouldn’t have half the sandwich on my hands before I unwrap it. And then to tell me you’re out of a sauce packets(drive thru) just for me to walk inside and be able to get them myself…. Like I said, I try not to have expectations but this place is consistent with being bad.

  Being nice. Looked like they squeezed our sliders. Chicken and fries over cooked. Long wait. Not friendly.

  Ladies at the window were very nice, fast, and even offered my dog a pup cup, which I didnt know they had.
