  Stopped and ordered pizza and husband asked for a restroom and they said they didn't have one. Really..a paying customer and can't use the restroom....Guess employees go outside to a outhouse. Ridiculous

  Pizza was very dry barely any sauce on it. This is why Pizza Huts are closing nation wide. The franchise owners are constantly nickel and diming people. If you like sauceless dry pizza this is the place for you.

  I ordered cubed pepperoni and recieved reg pepperoni just appeared to have been fried or baked extra hard. If they didn't have it I would've been ok with them saying they didn't. However the staff were pleasant to deal with. I'd wished they'd open up the dining room, for guests and possible parties again. All in all I'll order again I'll just be sure that the staff understands my expectations better.

  They messed up my order and changed my pizza without calling or asking me in person. I ordered a Large 3-Topping Pizza with Spicy Marinara Sauce, 8 pc buffalo wings, and a large cajun fry with a 2 liter of mountain dew. I ordered it for carry out. I arrive, wait, get my food and drink and I get home to open the pizza just for it to be the wrong sauce, I got Garlic Parmesan. I call them back, and the guy on the phone with the most monotone voice goes back and forth with me about my order, saying I was the one who ordered it with Garlic Parmesan, saying I decided to sub it. I thought I made a mistake, and apologized. But, I go into the app to figure out where I went wrong, and turns out there’s no way to replace or sub a sauce. On the app it showed I ordered my pizza with spicy marinara, and someone at the restaurant replaced it with garlic parmesan without asking me, instead of telling me they didn’t have spicy marinara available or couldn’t make it. It was disgusting, go to little Caesars instead. At least their $5 pizzas aren’t hard to mess up.
