  Went in tonight 9/25/26 with my family. Ordered 2 refreshers ,1 hot coffee, 1 hot decaf coffee and 2 chocolate covered donuts. It took 7 minutes to get the refreshers, another 5 to get 1 hot coffee and another 2 minutes to get the hot decaf, the decaf coffee was cold. Colder than room temp. There were at least 4 employees there and we were the only customers at this time. I took the cold decaf back to the counter and 3 of the employees were standing there looking and no one said anything to me. Finally I said something and they didn't offer to make more decaf, so I just told them to give me regular coffee. I am very disappointed in the service tonight. And I am disappointed in the manager(who was right there). Probably won't go back for a while.

  Worst dunkin I've ever been to. I place a mobile order 5 minutes from the location and still waited 20 minutes to get my coffee. Slower than molasses.

  Every time I come to the Dunkin’ Donuts three hours have a full tray of my favorite donuts
