  everytime i go to this bojangles they do something wrong. last time i went i asked for a boberry they gave me a REGULAR biscuit. this time i asked for buffalo sauce they gave me honey mustard. they always rush and never do anything right. they need to get better workers that make sure orders are correct .

  The worst customer service in the drive thru around 12:30pm yesterday, May 9th!! Had a simple order with only 2 meals (two 5 piece supremes with French fries and sweet teas) and the woman taking my order wasn’t paying attention to me (was busy talking to coworkers whom you could clearly hear talking in the background) and took forever to understand what I was ordering. I got to the window and handed her my card and she took it and didn’t say a word to me, but continued talking to a coworker about online shopping (absolutely nothing work related), with her back turned to me the entire time, still in conversation with the coworkers. She handed me my card back and gave me my food and still not one word was said to me and she didn’t even look at me. Once I opened my boxes I realized that the two 5 piece supremes i ordered only had 4 supremes in each box!! I will say the biscuits were cooked to perfection, but that didn’t make up for the horrible customer service in the drive thru.

  Worst service at a Bojangles I've ever gotten. Lady behind the counter coped an attitude when I told her we were still waiting on another order. She was adamant that it had already been given out. I had been standing there since my sister in-law made her order and was waiting for it. It was never called out. She remade the order and corrected the situation but with a very poor attitude.

  la atención al cliente fue pésima, además de ver a los empleados discutiendo frente a los todos los clientes que esperábamos. y para terminar las papas fritas demasiado saladas, se fueron todas a la basura.

  Stopped there traveling to Wilmington. Went through the drive thru and had to wait. Waited so long I got out walked inside. The ppl working weren't friendly. I stood there and waited another 5 minutes (I timed it). I watched 3 orders go out the window w fries and that's what I was waiting for. If I hadn't went inside who knows how long I would have waited. The girl making the sandwiches asked what I was waiting on and that was when the drive thru girl finally brought my bag over. Like the wait was my fault.
