  Little pricey but isn't everything now a days but like anything you get what you pay for, fresh cooked local beef, i think don't quote me on that

  Walnut has never had a great restaurant. It still doesn't. This place is a waste of time and money. I got the chicken and dumplings. I was reminded of the movie true grit at the road house when the salesman told Glenn Campbell to be careful the chicken and dumplings will hurt your eyes...... looking for the chicken 🐔 There was no chicken in it. It was overpriced oversalted chicken FLAVERED BREAD. They maybe invested 50 cents in a meal that they charged 12 13 dollars for and it was not edible. I ate here a year ago and it was ok.but now just keep driving. In desperation a couple of years ago. I ate a gas station 🌭 hotdog and it was better than this. But if you like overpriced oversalted bread mush. Have at it. You have gotten my last dollar.
