My food cost 21 dollars and didn't get a receipt because the machine was mess up. The fries was highing over the counter. This use to be my go to bojangles not anymore. I want my money back. Good service is clearly hard to find.

First they don’t have the chicken to fill the order so they offered a substitute which was fine. Then you get 3 sides so we did 2 Seasoned Fries and 1 Dirty Rice. We get it home. The fries looked like they were old like they had just been lying around for hours, chicken was almost burnt and the crust was too hard to bite. Now this is Dinner time they should do better. Please check your food if you get food from here. And the stupid AI screen is not worth the effort. $40 is a lot of money for trash and I would never serve that kind of food to a paying customer.

Manager never apologized, never spoke to me, and couldn't even give me a receipt of the refund..
