  I rarely write negative reviews, but tonight’s experience warrants one star. After receiving my order, I took a brief moment at the drive-through window to verify that my tacos had been made without cheese, as requested. This location has gotten customized orders wrong before, so I wanted to check before leaving. While I was quickly checking, the employee told me I needed to move along because she was being timed—even though there was not another vehicle behind me. I immediately pulled forward and inconvenienced myself by continuing to check the food elsewhere, but customers should not be rushed or embarrassed for making sure their orders are correct. I understand that drive-through employees may be evaluated on their service times, but internal performance metrics should never be made the customer’s problem. Management should ensure that accuracy and respectful customer service are not sacrificed for a timer. Afterward, I read through this location’s other reviews and noticed that management does not appear to respond to negative feedback, including numerous one-star reviews. That makes me doubt this review will lead to any improvement, and the apparent lack of concern from management is another reason I am giving this location one star.

  Accepted my order on DoorDash then took 2 hours, kept the dasher on wait and then cancelled!

  30 minutes for a combo is too long. I had to ask for a status for them to start working on it

  Best Taco Bell there is. Everything here is always on point. They might forget your sauce every now and then, but compared to other Taco Bells, I’ve never ordered anything from here and had it come out wrong.
