  Went through the drive thru here and did not even get to experience the food. There were 4 cars behind us and we could not get an answer at the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes before we ended up just pulling off. Seen some reviews on here about quality of food not being good, maybe we dodged a bullet!

  The food was not even edible. It was completely disassembled when opened, ketchup and mayo was covering the entire thing. The employee ran off when we arrived, came back a few min later and said sorry I really had to go. I get it, we all go, but in the context of the timing and getting our food and seeing the quality, disgusting

  Food is usually good but they rarely put the sauce in the bag. Apparently lunch time is a great time to pressure wash the sidewalks so customers can get a mouth full of sidewalk water when they open their window to order and then proceed to have to yell to get the order in. Dreadful experience

  Whatever black skinny tall dude working there with the blue shirt on is very rude. I order after waiting 5 + mins just to order because of two cars in front of me. Order a large cup of ice…told me to pull up, waiting another 5+ mins cause I really could just leave…cars parked around that weren’t even going to sonics…and there was nobody waiting on the side to order either…order my ice cup waited he walks out slow hoping to the car in front of me who literally only ordered a milk shake….said something to the white man, I pull up he walks out the door to the white lady who just pulled up to the speaker behind me because for whatever reason….Didn’t say nothing to me as my window is down and looking dead in my eyes as he walks out the door pass me…I’m beeping my horn like why would u not knowledge this customer….he gets back inside and I’m still waiting beeping my horn because nobody has spoken to me take my money nothing. Beep the horn he open up the window not saying anything looking at me I’m like I order a large cup of ice…this sorry rude disgusting man close the window and has me waiting another 3 mins open the door and just hands me the ice and says nothing. It be your own skin color doing you wrong but make sure the whites get treated right. I threw that cup away at the gas station because it was for my son who wasn’t feeling good and really wanted ice before he went to school all because I don’t know if he did something to it or not. Someone that rude to you for no reason like I ordered something difficult. Your disgusting!

  I’ve been to this Sonic multiple times, and every single time I order a grilled cheese, it’s disappointing. I’ve given this location more than enough chances because I thought maybe it was just a one-time mistake, but it keeps happening. The biggest issue is the grilled cheese barely has any cheese on it. A grilled cheese is supposed to be full of melted cheese, but every time I get one, there’s barely enough to even cover the bread. Most of the sandwich is just toasted bread with a tiny amount of cheese in the middle. For the price I’m paying, I expect an actual grilled cheese, not two slices of bread with what feels like half a slice of cheese. It’s really frustrating because this has happened more than twice now, so it’s clearly not just a bad day or a simple mistake. Consistency is important, and this location has consistently served grilled cheeses with barely any cheese. I shouldn’t have to open my sandwich every time and wonder if it’s actually made correctly. I enjoy Sonic’s food, which is why I kept coming back, but after having the same problem over and over again, I’m honestly disappointed. I hope management pays more attention to the quality of the food being served and makes sure employees are preparing orders correctly. Customers shouldn’t have to keep paying for food that doesn’t match what’s advertised. Until this issue is fixed, I’ll probably think twice before ordering another grilled cheese from this location. I ended up giving my grilled cheese to my family member
