I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut location today! I placed my carry-out order through the app, and when I arrived, I noticed there were only two employees working. One of them kindly let me know they would be with me shortly since they were short-staffed. When I was greeted, the gentleman was very friendly and informed me that my food was still in the oven and would be ready in just a few minutes—and he was absolutely right! My order came out quickly, and I really appreciated the friendly service and communication despite the team being short-staffed. Thank you to the employees for doing their best and making my experience a positive one!

Sorry to say the taste is not how I remembered. Ordered Tavern style. Crust was like a cracker crust and very little sauce. Very dry. The large was equal to what used to be a small to medium. Very disappointed.

The guy who is baking the pizza came out to ask me not to use Book it application any more. He wasn't nice plus his pizza is so poor, we came here before and the pizza was so delicious but for some reason when this guy is there the pizza is tasteless and empty. I think it is time to use another branch of Pizza hut or may be use another competitor.

Never have a problem, ordering my food on the app and being ready on time today was one of those days that I had to wait 20 minutes more than usual and I live in Louisburg NC you can imagine how late I had to get home to my kids.
