- RMRebecca MMay 6, 20263.0The McDonald's on Durham Rd is conveniently located off of Capital Blvd and fairly easy to get in and out of. The drive-thru is all I've used at this location. I decided to stop here for a tea, but I probably should have gone elsewhere. The employees here were unfriendly on my last visit. I even had to ask for a straw for my tea. My order was accurate, but I would have rather had a better experience.

Tried to rush the order, rolled his eyes and hiffed and puffed the whole time, just an all around terrible attitude the entire time. It was around 10:30-11pm May 5th 2026, guy in the blue shirt shouldn't be working in customer service at all and definitely doesn't deserve above minimum wage.
