  The food is amazing no complaints there at all. However when I came in today for a pick up order I was not acknowledged for about 10 minutes while other customers were. I had to take matters into my own hands because I not a fan of wasting my time…. As soon as I asked about my food I was again. When I finally received my food my order was incorrect and not cut in half….I’m completely irate.

  Can get filling meal for 10 dollars. Bret was amazing—super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked what I could get which is filling that had the best bang for my buck and he helped me decide what worked best for me. Never tried Jimmy John's before but probably the best experience I've had in a sandwich shop in my life. Inside was clean too!

  Not freaky fast and the small amount of meat should be considered a crime. It’s basically just bread.
