Most of the time the staff inside is mainly joking around and not doing what they need to be doing. It’s beyond frustrating because the drive-through isn’t big enough as is

Then they started charging extra for additional pumps of syrup… now they aren’t putting enough syrup in the coffee as it’s always bitter. Is the goal here to get customer to pay more by diluting the original product? Hope it improves soon.

Useless employee working that drives the Audi refused to refund and said to go in app and do it but there's no option and then called Dunkin support and rep said I would hear back within 2 days but never did. Shouldn't sell donuts in the app if you don't have any in stock scammers. Opened dispute with my Credit Card and won't ever go to any Dunkin again.

Most of the time they don’t even have food and don’t know how to refund you so if you pay ahead of time you are just out that money and will not get refunded.
