I went inside, said hello, and was completely ignored. Then a lady walked in right after me, and they helped her immediately. What does that say about the customer service here? Definitely needs improvement.

There were four employees standing around talking to each other and we were waiting for like 510 minutes until they turned around to even acknowledge us. It’s amazing that you’re still in business with that lousy service that you give.

I usually just give them my card, but now, they hold the screen outside and you can barely see it. I had to take off my glasses to try and see it and it was asking for tips in the drive thru. I'll tip people when I sit in a restaurant and sometimes at a counter I'll throw a buck in the tip jar, but this is getting out of hand. I'll have to go somewhere else next time as Dunkin must not be paying their employees enough and drive thru's are turning into pan handling stations.
