- MEMatias EndericaMay 17, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I entered the store and inquired with the clerk about the prices of the different food items. The clerk then told me that a large pizza would cost me $7.99 and a Cesar salad would cost around $4.99 and hence, he told me that a regular order of pizza would turn out cheaper than the manager’s offer which gave me a 1 topping large pizza for $10. I therefore thought I would spend a maximum of $13 on the pizza and salad. I was shocked when I found out that the pizza costed $16 and the salad $8. Such levels of dishonesty should be intolerable in a professional environment. It also serves to note that the clerk did not ask me how I wanted my pizza. He merely assumed I wanted a thin crust and gave me that. Also, the pizza was overcooked, and not carefully prepared. Abysmal customer service!
