  Consistency is the problem... food is a hit or miss. Yesterday my rice was not fully cooked. The servers gives off the vibe that we are annoying them.... so not friendly.

  5/9/2026- My first experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill was very disappointing. Today I ordered a custom bowl, and the service was rough from the beginning. The first employee added about three scoops of rice, which was way too much compared to the amount of chicken I received. Then the next employee only added about four small pieces of chicken. When I politely asked for more chicken, she added only two more pieces and told me it was already “double.” I explained that I was willing to pay extra, but she still acted like she did not want to serve me properly and had an attitude during the interaction. Things became even more frustrating when she added the guacamole and closed the bowl lid carelessly, making the top messy with guacamole. I asked her to please replace the lid, but she insisted on just wiping it with a napkin. I had to repeat my request about four times before they finally changed it. Overall, I paid $17.70 for mostly rice and maybe 10 very small pieces of chicken. This was my first experience at Chipotle, and unfortunately it was a very negative one. Poor customer service, careless food preparation, and bad attitude made the visit unpleasant. Now I understand why some people do not recommend Chipotle.

  Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and professional. Downside was thr drink station was so nasty half the drinks weren't labeled. The fresh drinks in different containers were dirty and empty.

  DO NOT SUPPORT this location. Ordering from this location online is a mess. They CHEAT you out of any type of value as they fully realize that you will only see non existent portions at home. This time round I'm leaving a review as this was DISGUSTINGLY small portions and most of the bowl was basically just rice. Utterly disappointed Chipotle. I will avoid them and will recommend to others to avoid this location as well.

  JAMES is a TERRIBLE manager. I witnessed him FIRE an employee after he told the employee he couldnt go to break because he’s sending someone else home early. The employee was visually upset after hearing this. James proceeded to approach said employee and antagonize them saying if he doesnt like it go home. The employee said no, i didnt do anything and James said YOURE FIRED, loudly in front of the entire line of customers. Absolutely disgusting, bully-like, embarrassing, behavior.
