I killed her with kindness, after watching her be so cruel to the customer in front of me, trying to avoid conflict. She was rude with me too and used verbally abusive language. She needs help, not a job.

I had this same issue with old grease chips on two consecutive occasions, almost a month apart. The chicken is charred, burnt, and tastes like it was cooked on a dirty grill.

How is it 11:30am and it’s already nasty where the food is. Gave me one scoop of rice in each bowl barely any toppings. They didn’t have to rush me nobody was after me. Everybody in there gives you the energy they don’t want you there. Was training a new girl she was trying to be nice they literally told her don’t do that, as she was asking me did I need any other toppings. In which I did I laughed paid for my food and left! I will not EVER return to this joke of a chipotle!

And before you tell me to use the online form, I tried and called and was hung up on. I tried reaching out through linkedin to the district manager, no luck there either. If the district manager doesn't care, then no wonder the employees at this location are just as bad. There is no way upper management can look at these reviews and not see a pattern here.
