  I haven’t had a SINGLE chip, I literally got 8 whole chips are the rest are dust are you actually forreal bro. Like come on. Also watched the girls on mobile around 5pm actively laughing at me as I’m limping at the moment. EDIT after finally eating, my entire burrito was also made wrong and inedible, I’m just all around angry now

  I visited this location after the gym and was VERY disappointed by both the service and overall condition. The lady who assisted me was dismissive, and the portions were unusually small as if they were rationing the food. When asked for more the lady made it clear she was not happy with my request and gave me next to nothing. the store was also dirty and looked like it wasn’t maintained regularly. Do not recommend this location the slightest bit and was disgusted with this visit.

  This place is scarier than an army bootcamp. My actual rating is a 0 but Google made me choose at least one star. :( It is genuinely one of the WORST restaurants I have ever been to. The reviews for this location already speak for themselves and clearly nothing is being done about it. The first time I went in, they accidentally put lettuce on top of my sour cream when I never asked for lettuce. I pointed it out and instead of remaking it, the employee picked maybe 70% of it off with her gloves and just started wrapping the burrito without saying anything??? I told her there was still lettuce in it and asked if I could please just get a new one. She let out this huge sigh, rolled her eyes at me, and aggressively threw the burrito into the trash so hard that the sauce literally SPLATTERED onto the trash can and wall. I genuinely couldn’t believe what I was watching hahahha. I complained to Chipotle afterward and they gave me a free entrée code to use on my next visit. I came back a day or two later, ordered, and once my food was already made and packaged, they told me I couldn’t use the barcode. I left and sent my husband back in with the exact same situation/code. He’s American; I’m not. Somehow, he had absolutely no problem getting the free entrée. I’m not going to claim I know WHY we were treated differently, but that experience combined with the way I’ve been treated at this location made me extremely uncomfortable. Corporate could pull the cameras and watch all of this. LOL. The employees are consistently extremely rude. Like you walk in and immediately feel like you are inconveniencing them by simply ordering food. No greeting, no basic communication, attitudes when you ask a question, employees talking amongst themselves while customers are waiting… it is honestly bizarre how uncomfortable they manage to make a 3 minute interaction. And the food station is DISGUSTING every single time!!! Ingredients spilled into completely different containers, food all over the counters, utensils going everywhere, ingredients mixed together… If you have allergies or dietary restrictions I would be VERY concerned eating here because I have absolutely zero confidence in their cross-contamination practices based on what I have personally seen. If allergies are severe enough, it could probably send someone to the ER. What bothers me even more is the way customers are spoken to and treated. Some interactions I have witnessed/experienced have left me genuinely questioning why certain customers seem to receive basic courtesy while others get attitude or are treated like they don’t belong there. I’m not going to make accusations about anyone’s motives, but someone seriously needs to look into the culture and management at this location because something is very wrong. There seems to be no leadership, no urgency, no customer service standards and no pride in keeping the restaurant clean. Portions and service are wildly inconsistent depending on who you get. Employees seem annoyed when asked to correct something. The entire atmosphere feels chaotic and hostile. At what point does corporate actually investigate why one location keeps generating complaints??? This location needs serious intervention. I would strongly recommend avoiding it until something changes.

  This place is FILTHY! I usually order online for pickup and send my son to get it. Recently we went to dine in. It was so disgusting! Food all over the counters, every table dirty, even the soda area was a mess!! DO BETTER! We won’t be back to this location.

  Worst Chipotle I ever been to. They rush you on your order, just fling your food, there was food all over the serving canisters, the staff is very rude.get home with the dinner my wife and myself payed for and was very bad, the chips were stale...the taco bowl was mostly rice and beans, and the little bit of chicken that was in it was dry and grisly......will not be eating here again.....hope I don't get sick in the middle of the night. Unacceptable!!!!!! The manager just keeps saying sorry about your bad experience, e mail me and we will make it up...not getting it buddy...you need to fire everyone of the rude employees you have at that location, they just don't care,,,, I can tell you this, I have saved the left overs for my lawyer, if my wife and I get sick we are going to be suing you....over 100$ wasted.....and come to find out Chipotle gets there lettuce from Tayler Farms the very sorce of the out break....they say they wash the lettuce, but that's a lie...and why are you still using Tayler Farms knowing it's no good??????
