- DDDebraMay 8, 20262.0Chick fil a is a weekly lunch spot for me. This location does not live up to the expectations at all. Every time I go to this location, something in my order is messaged up. Every. Single. Time. It’s either missing sauce, missing straws, wrong drink, wrong food item. Today, the young man taking my order read the order back to me before I paid, and the order he read was correct - a spicy sandwich meal. When I get my food and arrive back at work, what’s in the bag? A regular sandwich meal. If it was a one time thing, of course this would not be a big deal. However, I have not left this location with a fully correct meal in months. I would recommend the Heritage location any day.

He seems annoyed with every customer encounter. He is rude, lacks basic manners and offers zero customer service. Of course, we have all come to appreciate the cheerful, exemplary customer service that CFA is known for, and I guess we should not expect it from every associate, but Drew clearly should not be customer-facing.
