  I usually visit this CAVA location and have always had a good experience, but my visit on 08/19 around 8:20 PM was extremely disappointing. I ordered four bowls and asked for extra rice. The employee told me I would be charged extra for the additional scoop of rice, which was surprising because I have never been charged for a scoop of extra rice at CAVA before. While I was ordering the toppings, I asked for corn on all four bowls and broccoli as well. The employee responded in a very dismissive and rude manner, saying, “That’s all.” At that point, I was so frustrated with the way I was being treated that I simply paid for my food and left. I have never experienced this kind of poor customer service at CAVA before. CAVA can do much better when it comes to customer service and treating customers respectfully.

  We had a delicious & healthy dinner tonight at Cava. I want to recognize Sara, Jonah & Jay for friendly service! I highly recommend this Mediterranean menu!

  Had a great time today at Cava Wake Forest…especially being served by Jay who is always very friendly and welcoming! Food is delicious! Thanks to the restaurant team!

  I had only been to Cava (Raleigh location) once before. I decided on the Chef Signature Spicy Lamb + Avacado bowl, with a side of Harissa BBQ pita chips, with Blueberry Soda. And the server that started my order was patient and kind. My daughter enjoyed her build-a-bowl also! Delicious, all around. The server who took our trays from outdoors (Cava has plenty of outside seating!) was terrifically friendly, a wide smile that topped off the evening. Will definitely be coming back!

  Consistently poor service on multiple visits. Staff avoid eye contact, mumble through orders, and come across as uninterested and unprofessional. It makes the entire experience feel uncomfortable and poorly managed. It’s especially frustrating because the food is consistently good. Unfortunately, the service does not match and brings down the overall experience. Management needs to address this with proper training and accountability.
