  Just had a great experience at cava in Wake Forest tonight. The best part about it? Was my guy who served me behind the bar. His name is Logan. He was so good. I asked if he was the manager. And you know what? He told me it was his second day on the job. He’s a junior at Heritage high school. He did such a great job engaging with me as a customer. Five stars to Logan. And on top of it I freaking love this food.

  I went to Csva today and JJ customer service was awesome. He greeted me when I walked in and took my order. He was very polite. I will be going back to this location in the future. Thanks JJ.

  Its ok. I wouldn't eat here again. Ive had better Mediterranean food. And the employees seem like they are there to just make a dollar. Sad.

  Went there the other day... We have been there a few times already There was no greeting when we came in We waited in line without any acknowledgement and no one on the staff was smiling, worst I've seen. While waiting for pita bread they had to bring it to the table .. There was no " here is you bread" nothing was said and the staff member didn't even hand it to me they basically slide it on the table.. very inappropriate and rude. Also... Every table was sticky and dirty not sure why. We will not be back until there is significant improvement on leadership and staff... I would never allow that at the near by pizza place I'm a GM at. Very disappointed

  Idk if it was just an off day today but we got insanely small portions. We ordered two bowls with rice, protein, and at least 4 different toppings each. They were both probably 1/3 full and normally we get double the amount of food in the bowls. We ended up cutting up cucumbers at home and added them, along with pickled onions we had at home, to our bowls because they barely gave us any of each. The price did not match the portion of food that we got which is incredibly disappointing. I’m not sure if we are going to return to this Cava location after this.
