- ABAlicia Barbour3 days ago5.0Our Bojangles started serving homemade ranch that is too die for. Normally, I eat their supremes plain. I enjoy their tenderness and added spice. Some days spicier than others. Well tonight I received their homemade ranch and OMG. That's a game changer for me! I wish I had ordered a meal instead of a snack pack to try their seasoned fries with ranch. Don't wait to try it! And as always, great service at this Bojangles. The faces may change from time to time but who ever is training them is doing a great job!

I simply ordered food for a family gathering and even said thank you before pulling up. The little girl at the window didn’t say a single word even when I asked a simple question (about the tea coming with our meal)… just rolled her eyes the entire time it seemed with a smirk on her face here and there and a single head knod acted and looked if she was bothered by us being there? Not sure what the disconnect is but simple respect is a must when working in customer service. I don’t expect anyone to be overly friendly or enthusiastic if that’s not their personality/mood. However, straight up being RUDE is a big issue for me. Not to mention when we got to our families home and unboxed our food at least half of them were about the third of a size of a normal tender? Like almost nugget sized. I was appalled and almost drove back but came to the conclusion it was NOT worth doing. It was a pretty decent order of tenders and I think for the price that it should’ve matched.

I usually visit this Bojangles four times out the week. It is how I start my day. Usually the staff is great but this manager in particular really ruined the experience for me. I came in and got my usual a light brown bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. The manager knew what I ordered because she took my order. When she packed my food I saw that she did not give me a light brown biscuit and I heard the biscuit maker call out the light brown that she had made. I asked the manager did she put a light brown biscuit in my bag and she said yes with a nasty attitude. I ask her for mayonnaise and mustard. In the process of grabbing the packs of mustard and mayonnaise she dropped one mayonnaise on the floor and she still gave it to me. I was just so shocked at this action that I just stood there and she walked away. When I arrive to work to eat my breakfast my biscuit was definitely not light brown. Hopefully corporate seizes reviewed and talk to this manager.

I asked if the food was fresh and was told it was only to get home to bite down on a hard biscuit and fries and chicken that has been sitting for hours. I went after six. I should not be getting chicken that was made 6/7 hours ago. Horrible. Find another location if you can.
