This location needs help. Out of basic things at 5pm and couldn’t refund me for mobile order. waited 15 mins at the window, just took forever and overall not a good experience.

Cashier was extremely rude and curt. If the management sees this post. The cashier working the drive through at 1225 on 08/JULY/2026 either needs to be retrained or replaced as their most basic customer service skills are completely absent at best.

I have now been to this Arby's location twice, and both visits left me disappointed.
The first time, they were completely out of Arby's Sauce. For a restaurant whose signature condiment is literally part of its brand identity, that's like a steakhouse running out of steak sauce or a Mexican restaurant running out of salsa. It's not a minor inconvenience. For many people, Arby's Sauce is one of the main reasons to eat at Arby's in the first place.
Today, I gave this location another chance. After receiving my order, I asked for a generous handful of Arby's Sauce. Instead of simply accommodating a paying customer, I was met with an attitude and told they have to strictly limit how many packets they hand out because corporate only sends so much.
That explanation makes no sense from a customer perspective. Nearly every major fast food chain freely provides ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, or hot sauce. Taco Bell doesn't count every hot sauce packet. Chinese takeout restaurants don't act like soy sauce or duck sauce is liquid gold. Even steak sauce at many restaurants is readily available if you ask.
Customers are already paying premium prices for fast food. Limiting the very condiment your restaurant is famous for only guarantees a worse dining experience. A roast beef sandwich without enough Arby's Sauce simply isn't the same product customers expect.
This location needs to improve its inventory management or revisit whatever policy is causing this. Running out of your signature sauce once is disappointing. Limiting it on the next visit is even worse.
Two visits, two bad experiences. That's enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
