  Absolutely terrible staff. Everyone here has a poor attitude and is completely uninterested in providing anything that closely resembles good service. They love to have you pull up and wait for your food (so they can manipulate their drive-thru timer) and then will leave you hanging out front for 10 minutes wondering if you’ll ever get the food you already paid for. If you refuse to pull forward you’ll be told you HAVE TO and have the window slammed in your face. This is how we’re treating paying customers these days. So completely pathetic. I’d give the service a negative rating if I could.

  Terrible experience. No apology, nothing lol. Every time I come here there’s never a lot of people, if any at all…Yet, I always have to wait an insanely long time for my (very small) orders. I’ve been here for over 30 minutes waiting on sliders and mozzarella sticks lol. I’ve seen MULTIPLE orders be passed out incorrectly while I’ve been waiting. Check your food. It’s likely wrong. :)

  Picked out order 6/10/2026. Cashier was not friendly sounded as if had throat problems. Food could had been packed better in it's thin bag which displayed the grease outside the bag.
