When I came in to get my ice cream I received the ice cream ( tiny scoop for almost $5) then asked about the price of the candles, the register man said he didn’t know would have to ring them up so I waited for him to help another customer, while 2 other employees stocked things around him.. I get that his job was to do the register while they stocked, but a GOOD team, would have set the Pepsi down and guided me through the birthday candles, and their prices, probably could have upsold me on a couple things. Instead as I waited to see how much the candle was I found the time to find their website to leave this review. I don’t live around this area, but this was my first time to a BR and like I said, not impressed. The atmosphere was adorable, but the workers ruined the vibe. I expected cute white visors with blue and pink trim and white button ups, really friendly staff and a more on top of it team. Idk. That’s just my opinion. Where I work if we let a customer stand without being helped or greeted for any amount of time we’re getting our back side handed to us, doesn’t matter if that’s my job or not, or if I’m doing something else or not. Team work. That’s what most of these companies lack now a days and I think the higher ups need to make it a point to make that a priority for them.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
