  I don't like being told I can't order something unless I download an app. I'm already in the store, apps are supposed to make things more convenient, not less. I know this is the fault of corporate but the franchise owners are going to have to suffer some bad reviews. Also, the prices are absolutely ludicrous. They're charging Texas Roadhouse prices for 1mm thick soy burgers.

  This location is terrible, the service is terrible and the employees are not trained. The last two times I’ve went through the drive thru my order has been wrong, when I told the cashier my order was wrong they got an attitude so I just left.
