    Food was good. Requested table service and they layed it on their counter and didn’t even announce that it was ready. Absolutely didn’t bring it to the table. So their customer service was way below par. So don’t expect anything remotely resembling service here.

    Terrible Customer Service Time: Wednesday morning, 9:55 a.m. I ordered a caramel frappe and received a cup with basically a single drop of caramel in it. When I asked the employee what happened, she told me “the caramel is broken.” I said, “Oh okay, can I have fudge instead?” That’s when her whole attitude flipped. She got rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her for asking to fix an order she messed up. Rolling eyes, huffing, short with me — the works. Look, if you agree to do a job, do the job while you’re at work. Nobody forced you to apply here. You signed up for this. Fixing a drink you made wrong is literally the job. Don’t take it out on customers because you don’t want to do the work. I came in expecting a caramel frappe and left feeling disrespected over a $4 drink. The “caramel is broken” isn’t my problem to solve. If equipment is down, tell me before I pay. If you mess up, fix it without the attitude.

    We went in side to order. We stood there for 10 minutes before someone actually said anything to us and gave us our cups. Then when our order was ready when we got it they jammed everything into one bag and didn't even give us our order right. So now I lost out on money I spent because I'm not going back out and dealing with the nightmare of traffic. I am so unhappy with them. I have heard a lot of bad things but I never believed it till now.

    If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I am very upset about what happened last night—specifically around 8:38 PM. I placed my order through the app, and we pulled up to the drive-up pickup area. Everything seemed normal at first, but then a young woman—if she can even be called that, given her complete lack of manners toward a customer who chose your establishment so her children could eat after a long day of work and soccer practice—told us to move to the front. We waited there for exactly 30 minutes until we noticed that all the other cars had moved through and left. My husband went back inside and saw them joking around with each other; one of them even had headphones on and a cell phone in her hand. They had completely forgotten about my order. Afterward, they didn't offer a single apology; one of them just claimed they were waiting for the chicken pieces—which is a lie. She didn't apologize for having forgotten about me at all. Then, she handed us just one Happy Meal box. I told her we had ordered two, but they didn't move or even come over to see what the customer needed. We waited there for another 15 minutes, and no one ever came out. I finally went inside the restaurant myself, and they treated me rudely. The second Happy Meal box was sitting right there—they hadn't been making it, nor did they have any intention of making it, until the store manager finally arrived and prepared it himself. If you review the security footage from that night, you will see exactly what happened. I hope you take action regarding this incident so that no other family has to endure such an unpleasant experience.
