The drinks and food are made poorly, I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and in return I received a plain bagel with almost no cream cheese. I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager who was not only rude to my son but became rude on the phone and just hanging up when I wasn't even done talking. The store is dirty as well!! Madison, you need to hire people who can handle a busy store.

Lucas)Aug 12, 20261.0I come in here everyday and the lil loud mouth kids working are very disrespectful when I tell them to put a certain amount of sugar in there an they never do so I add my own an while I’m in there they laughing all loud talking about me like I can hear them clear as day I got the names but don’t wanna display they name but I’m tied of it and I spend my money there… if it was another dunking close I would go there so I wouldn’t have to listen to them… it’s frustrating cause I was in a good mood before I came n now I’m not and they constantly do this everytime I come in. I typically leave good reviews but this has to be addressed smh

Paid for a large, I don’t want half a cup full of ice and their response was well if you get light ice we don’t fill the cup up all the way… So am I paying $5 for a cup of ice with some coffee? Go to Dunkin all the time and this is the only store that will heckle you about this.
