  I usually stop every Saturday never have issues love the ladies but today im standing inside for 15 minutes I even ask is it easier to go threw the drive threw she said probably we dont have time to take your order inside or try the mobile app....I left

  i’d probably come once or twice a week for my morning coffee before I go into work and the ladies are always so sweet and so polite and they make you feel welcome. That is amazing customer service never once had a problem at this location and this is by for my favorite location.

  Upon ordering a matcha, I was informed that requesting it without ice would result in a partially filled cup. Consequently, I requested light ice, but was again advised that the cup would not be filled. When I received my drink, I noted that the sugar contents were settled at the bottom and not adequately stirred. At other locations, my drink has consistently been prepared to my specifications and the cup fully filled. As a result of this unsatisfactory experience, I will not be returning to this establishment
