- DDDasana3 days ago1.0So me and my boyfriend ordered pizza and waiting then it said it was canceled so we called the place and they said my address was flagged and that we were a “prank address” and that we have to wait till tomorrow when the system resets. But we always order from there and always get food from there all the time. But the employee was disrespectful and rude, we tried ordering twice and they wouldn’t pick up our calls and would just hang up we paid with Cash App and we didn’t get the money back. This place sucks worst place ever. Employees are disrespectful. Also I only live 10 or less mins from there and they wouldn’t drive over to here to drop off a $43 order.

They had me insert my card twice due to malfunction with their card reader.I got text notifications for each swipe. I told the cashier register that they took two transaction. He said no they had one in their system. I waited a week to see if my money went back on my card and it did not. I had to dispute one of the charges. Employees will tell you anything just to get you out their face.

I worked fast food when I was young making $3.35 per hour, but the person who took my order was low energy, not friendly, seemed irritated that I called in my order rather than online order. Didn't ask for a name for my order. As soon as I would say something, he would say is that it, is that it. Eager to get off and seemed to prefer not to be bothered. If you don't like your job or working with the public, do us all a favor and do something else. No one wants your low energy and unfriendly attitude when spending their HARD EARNED money. You are not doing your customers a favor by doing your job. So disappointing.
