  Nobody acknowledged i was there to pickup online order that had been ready for over 10 minutes. I had to yell out excuse me 3 times before anyone looked up to the counter area.

  Yall need to fire everyone working 05/15/26 5:50 pm shift. they have terrible customer service and really need to go through training again. i swear if they got our order wrong too, yall will be hearing from me again.

  We ordered from screen. Paid. Waited over 20 mins for two chalupas. We had to ask where the order was and THEN they started making it . Taco Bell is not a place we will stop again.

  I visit this tacobell often during day hours however I visited during night time hours and the worker Tammy had amazing customer service. She was very kind and even with system errors, she was able to take my order. The food at first was wrong due to a miscommunication on my part due to onions but Tammy realized the mistake and without hesitation redid my food altogether without letting go of that customer service attitude. 10/10 made my night better You’re the best Tammy

  The lady that usually is working evenings when we stop is super nice! She's really good at making sure everything is in the bag.
