I’ll be there first to say that I don’t really eat at this location because the employees and management just seemed to not care at all BUT fast forward to last week I ordered from there and met the manager/GM Jonathan “bailey” and he is turning this place around! He has been working with his employees to ensure each customer has a great attitude with customer service and I can tell the difference! I had some issues due to technical issues with the mobile app but he greeted me, apologized for the inconvenience and even brought the food out to me, they wouldn’t had done that before. I hope this location keeps him as the GM, he seems to be exactly what the company needs!!!
Honestly it’s been awhile since I have been inside this location for bad service I came in and the gentlemen I’m pretty sure he introduced herself as Bailey the General manager witch was very polite and very friendly with me and my family he actually listened and actually showed that he cares about the customers some things I noticed does need some work and that was some of the employees in the kitchen playing around while he was trying his best to make sure everything right and making his workers stop the Horse playing and made them start making the orders and I clearly heard him say here we know the customers comes first I can see he is trying to make this a better place for Thomasville but I’ve noticed I have seen his motorcycle there every days and most days all night poor guy I hope the company sees what this man is trying to do for this location

I normally do not leave reviews, but after what happened over the last TWO DAYS at this location, I feel people deserve to know what kind of chaos is going on here.
Last night, I came in and there was an issue with the ice cream machine. To give credit where it’s due, the General Manager personally came out, explained the situation professionally, apologized, and even managed to get the machine working again. He handled the situation well and made things right, which is the ONLY reason I decided to give this location another chance today.
BIG mistake.
Tonight, I came back through the drive-thru with a MOBILE ORDER because the place looked extremely busy and I was trying to make things easier on the staff. I get home and realize my chicken tenders are COMPLETELY missing from the bag. So I drive all the way back inside to politely let them know.
The moment I mention the missing tenders, one of the cooks immediately starts yelling across the kitchen, “AIN’T NO WAY!” in a loud aggressive tone, basically accusing me of lying in front of employees and customers. As someone who used to work fast food myself, I instantly recognized what he was doing — trying to shift blame onto the customer instead of simply correcting the mistake professionally.
I responded calmly and told him there absolutely WAS a way because the tenders were NOT in my bag.
From that point on, the entire situation turned into one of the most uncomfortable restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. While making the replacement order, the cook continued talking about me loudly, making comments under his breath and out loud within earshot the entire time. Instead of fixing the mistake respectfully, it felt like I was being publicly ridiculed for asking for food I already paid for.
And to make matters worse, the food itself was terrible. The burgers were smashed so thin and sloppy that my brother literally asked me if the meat was BACON. That’s how paper-thin these patties were.
The entire restaurant felt disorganized, hostile, and completely out of control. One night you have a General Manager trying to hold the place together professionally, and the next night it feels like total chaos behind the counter.
This was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

I stopped by this Sonic Drive-In hoping to grab a quick Slushy, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I initially joined the drive-thru line, but after noticing how slowly it was moving, I decided to pull into one of the ordering stalls instead. After pressing the call button and waiting for several minutes, no one responded. I tried calling again a couple more times, but still never received an answer.
While waiting, I noticed a crew member standing near the open back door of the restaurant talking with people in a parked car, while customers were still waiting for service. After about ten minutes with no response and no opportunity to even place an order, I decided it was more trouble than it was worth just to get a Slushy, so I left.
As I drove out of the parking lot, I passed three cars that had originally been ahead of me in the drive-thru line, and they were still waiting to be served. I don’t know whether the location was short-staffed or if there was another issue going on, but the service was clearly lacking that day, so much so that I never even had the chance to place an order.

My husband came to get me a chili and cheese footlong with tots. I told my husband to tell y'all to add mustard and onions to my footlong. But I got no footlong, I only got a regular hotdog with no mustard or onions! And the girl or whoever it was that took my husband's order felt like she should have some time to smoke a vape instead of giving my husband his change back. My husband had to yell at her and tell her that he was in a hurry and he needed his dang change!!! What in the world is wrong with y'all? You put your customers first!!! Well now you've lost my business forever because you don't know how to give the customer what they ordered or give them their change without the customer having to ask for it!!!
