  I have been going to the buffet at least twice a month for last few months and when I say that the manager has been holding everything down is an understatement! I don’t know his name but he has been the only person working and has been able to keep the buffet fresh and hot! Along with providing excellent customer service is the total package for me! This man really needs a raise because his customer service is going to keep the service and the business going! This makes dining at Pizza Hut satisfying!

  So I ordered pizza online from this store with a confirmation to my email. When I arrive it wasn't ready nor did they have the order. The employee working said it probably got shuffled around. So he claims he found it and would put it in. We pulled around from drive thru and went in to show order. The order they started was not mine and wasn't interested in seeing the order in confirmation. The guy got rude with my mom who is 70 years old. So she walked out we will never be ordering again from this store. Sad we can't call and order on phone like old days and still get the same price as people online. PIZZA HUT YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!! So sad what you have become because this was our favorite pizza place. I gave all that info to a staff member and was never contacted by pizza hut. So you have it but still waiting on your call.

  Super apologetic bc of the wait although it wasn't very long or a big deal. Even gave us a free Mac and cheese and pizza. Before that still great food and service.

  Terrible Customer Service. I understand being under staffed but that doesnt give you the right to be rude to the customers. I waited 10 minuted at the drive thru then another 15 minutes in the dine in area before anyone acknowleged us. The lady stated "I dont give a d*** just let the bell ring". She heard the customers but yet refused to acknowledge us and the people at the drive thru. At least say Hi and communicate there's a wait! There was no apology. When I got my food it was cold and the boneless wings were too hard smh. I wont be returning. Im going to stick with the other pizza places around!

  The food/service here is great. Shout out to an employee there Ms. Amanda. She's very kind, courteous, and very informative. Give her a raise! I will be back.
