They used to communicate with the customer to let them know when they had started shopping for their order but they no longer do that. If an item wasn't available,, they would send you a text. I think you should be able to chat with the person that's doing the shopping. Instead, you sign online to find the status that shopping is complete and chat is closed. What chat?

I sent the "on my way" text. Got here at 4:25. Still waiting and it's 4:45. Had to call and ask where my stuff is...this has happened numerous times over the last few months. Never again, I will be shopping elsewhere...
