  Their store up grade is really a down grade. Moved everything around causing me to waste precious time searching for my items. They have made the checkouts belts shorter and have really taken away space from their cashiers. They have put in self checkouts which I will NOT use. I go to the store to shop. I don't work there, there for I will not checkout my own groceries.

  I had to Ask for a Cashier. At Food Lion! Food Lion has had the best service since 1983.At that time I had 2 small children, and fast service was critical. All through the years, snow days, covid days, busy days, Food Lion has had the best service. Tonight there were ZERO Registers open with cashiers. I'm a Senior Citizen now and I deserve a Real Live Cashier. No Self CheckOut for me. What a disappointment. Food Lion, please rise above the W-M crap.

  Well usually they're pretty good but went today hung around for about 30 minutes waiting on the hot bar which is supposed to be at 11:00 at 11:15 still nothing! Maybe they need to change the time to 12:00 since they cannot get it together!
